To deposit into your Skrill account, you’ll need to top up your e-wallet. To do this, you’ll need to login and go to your Deposit tab. Specify which country you’re in and the currency that you wish to use. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to choose your top-up method.
You can deposit into your account using a bank card, wire transfer, from other e-wallets e.g. Neteller, or using cryptocurrency. Depending on your location, these deposit methods may alter slightly.

Please note that when using IQ Option, funds from deposits made with a Mastercard card cannot be used for gambling transactions. Simply type in the deposit amount (the minimum for IQ Option is 10 USD) and proceed to payment. You will then be redirected to the Skrill login page and from here, simply sign in to complete the payment.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal from IQ Option to Skrill
In order to withdraw money from IQ Option, you’ll need to visit the Withdrawal page and choose Skrill from the list. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum of 2 USD) and insert the email address that your Skrill account is registered with.
Make sure that your IQ Option account is verified, if it isn’t — you’ll need to upload the necessary documents.
