- Stand up and put your hands on your lower back. Carefully bend backwards to stretch your lower back muscles.
- Put your right arm up, and bend to the left side, extending your side muscles.Repeat with your left arm.
- Bend forward and touch your toes with your hands. Stretch for several seconds, then let go.
- Take a deep breath. Hopefully, you’re feeling a bit more relaxed and focused now.
