Since you’re already here, though, you might like to take a short break from trading and do a quick stretch:

  1. Stand up and put your hands on your lower back. Carefully bend backwards to stretch your lower back muscles.
  2. Put your right arm up, and bend to the left side, extending your side muscles.Repeat with your left arm.
  3. Bend forward and touch your toes with your hands. Stretch for several seconds, then let go.
  4. Take a deep breath. Hopefully, you’re feeling a bit more relaxed and focused now.
